Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every visit to the website www.ecobuildliving.nl and to every quote, agreement and delivery by ECO BUILD 23 LLC. By using the website you accept these terms.

1. About us

2. Use of the website

All content (text, images, designs, drawings, logos) is owned by EcoBuild Living or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

3. Quotes and agreements

Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is only formed after written confirmation by EcoBuild Living. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Delivery and execution

Indicative delivery times are given in good faith but are not strict deadlines unless explicitly agreed in writing. Force majeure (including permit delays, supplier failure, extreme weather) suspends our obligations.

5. Warranty

We provide a 10-year structural warranty and a 30-year warranty on the façade system, as specified in the project contract. Warranty is void in case of unauthorised modifications or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the assignment in question, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

7. Consumer right of withdrawal

For consumer purchases concluded at distance, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as set out in Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the goods are custom-made to your specifications (which is generally the case for our homes) — in which case the right of withdrawal does not apply.

8. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where EcoBuild Living is registered, unless mandatory consumer law designates another court. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
