Privacy Policy

ECO BUILD 23 LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679). This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect

We process the data you actively provide via our contact form, email or phone (name, email address, phone number, postcode, message, and any project details you share). We also process limited technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — strictly to operate and secure the site.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to (a) reply to your request and prepare a quote — legal basis: pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; (b) execute and follow up on agreed projects — performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b); (c) comply with legal obligations such as tax and bookkeeping — Art. 6(1)(c); (d) protect and secure the website — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).

4. Sharing and processors

We only share personal data with processors that help us run the business (hosting, email, CRM, accounting). Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data and we do not transfer data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Contractual and accounting records are kept for the statutory retention periods (up to 7–10 years depending on the type of document).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You can exercise these rights at any time by emailing us at info@ecobuildliving.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (e.g. Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands, Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit in Belgium, CNIL in France, BfDI in Germany).
