Permit application & approval
EcoBuild takes care of the complete permit application with your municipality. While we wait for approval, we schedule the production. You are kept informed at every step.

Manufacturing in our factory
As soon as you approve the design, production starts in our ISO 9001-certified factory in North Macedonia. Each module is fully finished before shipment.

Delivery to your location
The completed modules are transported by special truck to your plot. For most Benelux locations, transport time is 2–3 days from North Macedonia.

Assembly in 1–3 days
Our specialised assembly team places and connects the modules on your foundation. Most homes are up in 1–3 working days. After that, connection to utilities follows.

Key handover & warranty
