CE Marking
European Union

The CE marking guarantees that our homes meet all relevant European guidelines for structural safety, fire safety, and energy performance. Mandatory for all construction products in the EU.

Sustainable Wood

BENG β€” Nearly Energy-Neutral Buildings
Standard

All EcoBuild homes meet BENG β€” the Dutch energy standard for new construction. Requirement is a primary fossil energy demand < 25 kWh/mΒ²/year. Our homes achieve < 10.

NTA 8800 β€” Energy Performance Standard
Compliant

The energy label calculation for homes in the Netherlands. EcoBuild supplies a certified EPA report with every home.

Building Decree 2012 β€” Dutch building regulations
Certified

All structural, fire, and acoustic requirements are guaranteed in our production procedures and documented per project.

Belgium (Flanders)
EPB β€” Energy Performance and Indoor Climate
Standard

Flemish EPB regulations require an E-level ≀ 20 for homes. EcoBuild homes achieve an E-level ≀ 15 by default.

EPC β€” Energy Performance Certificate
Supplied

Legally required for sales and rentals in Belgium. We supply a full EPC-A-label report with every home.

WTCB/CSTC standards β€” Technical building specifications
Compliant

Construction and material specifications conform to WTCB recommendations for timber-frame construction.

Germany
GEG 2023 β€” Building Energy Act
Compliant

The German energy standard requires 65% renewable energy for new construction. EcoBuild homes comply via heat pump + PV.

KfW 40 β€” Energy Efficiency House Level 40
Qualifying

KfW 40 qualifying homes are eligible for subsidies up to €150,000. Our homes qualify by default.
