All EcoBuild homes meet the strictest European energy standards — BENG (NL), EPB (BE), and KfW40 (DE). This is not optional: it is embedded in our design and production process.
Our triple glazing, timber frame construction with cellulose insulation, and heat recovery ventilation (HRV) ensure an airtight shell with a thermal transmittance coefficient of U ≤ 0.15 W/m²K.
Materials
Only what the earth gives us. Nothing else.
We select consciously — each material chosen for origin, lifespan, recyclability, and health for residents.
Circular Construction
Our factory produces almost zero waste.
Traditional construction generates an average of 40–60 kg of waste per m². In our factory, that is less than 3 kg/m² — through digital prefabrication and closed material cycles.
All our connections are screwable or clampable — no adhesive bonds. This makes renovation, expansion, and dismantling fully possible.
